Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any appointment with Paloma Valentina not cancelled prior to 24 hours of the scheduled date and time will prompt the implementation of Paloma's cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 50% of the value of the services booked to your card on file.

 

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Appointments must be rescheduled prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 will be due before a new appointment can be made. This fee will be applied to your final service total however, if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled again, the fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be due.

SAVED PAYMENT METHOD POLICY:

Payment methods will be safely and securely stored on file using Paloma Valentina's POS system. Paloma uses Square online payment processor. A saved payment method must be stored BEFORE any appointment with Paloma can be booked.

 

RE-DO POLICY:

If you would like something regarding your service adjusted after leaving your scheduled appointment, Paloma will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge provided it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.

No refunds are allowed under any circumstance.

 

RETAIL RETURN POLICY:

Should you purchase a product that you are unsatisfied with, A very lightly used product may be returned within 30 days of the purchased date for a salon retail credit of the purchased price. Be sure to reach out to Paloma Valentina with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product. Not applicable to sale/discounted items. No refunds.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, You may not receive full service. You may also be asked to reschedule which will prompt the implementation of Paloma's cancellation policy protocol.

SALON ETTIQUETE:

Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated.  If Paloma feels as if my remarks are entitled to immediately being asked to leave, she reserves the right to do so.

​AGREEMENT:

By reading and agreeing to this statement, you understand that Paloma Valentina will have an in depth conversation with you speaking about all aspects of today's appointment, in which you agree to and acknowledge including price of service, and the expected physical and aesthetic results. You will sign these policies upon acceptance of your application to be a client of Paloma's as well as every appointment there on.
